Not the shit-box that ANGEL II is, in part because ANGEL III doubles down on the action and tosses Richard Roundtree into the mix. Still, neither sequel is a winner but if you’re looking for cheesy direct-to-video action with some teased up Aquanet hair, you could do worse.
