Adventure novelist Alistair MacLean penned the screenplay from his own story for this exciting action packed western. Charles Bronson is at his best playing a secret agent battling gun runners on a careening train through the Rocky Mountains. Director Tom Gries stages some tough action bits on and off the train, including a kick ass fight between Bronson and boxer Archie Moore. Rousing score by Jerry Goldsmith.
