NIGHT TRAIN MURDERS, BABA YAGA, STRIP NUDE FOR YOUR KILLER, KILLER NUN, Blue Underground is owning all kinds of ass in 2012. Bill Lustig is overseeing some pristine transfers of some of the most unique films and the trend continues on June 19th when Blue underground brings to Blu-Ray DJANGO KILL… IF YOU LIVE, SHOOT!

This is one of the most interesting spaghetti westerns I have seen. It’s brutal, tough, bloody, and director Giulio Questi knows how to sling bullets. However, Questi also knows how to drop a tab of acid on his tongue and take a long trip to the purple desert. It’s the only way to describe the surreal and religious images that are scattered throughout this flick (one of the many reasons this was so controversial upon it’s release). DJANGO KILL is a few edits away from flawless, but that doesn’t keep it from being pretty high on my list as one of my favorites.
