This is essentially a blaxploitation riff on THE ASPHALT JUNGLE. It gets a bit long winded when it comes to the plot but this is a pretty cool flick. Star Thalmus Rasulala would make his stamp on the genre with BLACULA the same year this was released. Keep an eye out for Pam Grier in an early, though small, performance.
