A geneticist working on a top secret government project plays mad scientist and creates a half lizard, half human hybrid and calls it son. To control the lad, he gives it bong hits, plays video games with it and teaches it kung fu. Unluckily for dad, junior develops a taste for blood and goes on a rampage, resulting in multiple slayings and kung fu battles. And all of this because dad was firing blanks into his girlfriend and couldn’t conceive the old fashion way.
