Wait! WHAT?! No-Budget Nightmares is BACK?!! Why didn’t anyone tell me?! Actually, the return of the NBN Podcast is imminent, but while you’re waiting why not check out this LONG LOST bonus episode! Recorded way back in June, Moe and Doug tackle the wonderfully bizarre Canadian martial arts flick ORDER OF ONE: KUNG-FU KILLING SPREE, which is chocablock full of heart-ripping, head-smashings, NUNCHUCKS and heaps of wonderful Grade-A Canuck cheese. Also, you can watch it right now. LEGALLY.

Doug & Moe,
Thank you very much for taking the time to review Order of One. You guys totally got it and it was a lot of fun to listen to your comprehensive podcast . Jason directed the action and choreographed all of the fights and I did the non action direction. Concerning the car drag, we did five takes and discovered that it was actually safer to go a little faster. We shot that scene in an afternoon. Thanks again gentlemen!
Hey Doug! Hey Moe!
I loved it! You guy’s had me on the floor!”Sonny’s ass” Sonny’s hair”
Char Che char char me potatoes? Anyway, I especially love that your review lasted longer than the film itself and was just as entertaining( to me at least). A couple little sidenotes, I’d love to have your mailing adress
Address so I can send you a copy of the special features. On the disc you can watch the full episode of Shogun Cops. It also had comprehensive making of docs on the effects, fights etc that Chemical Burn didn’t feel was worth including. This kinda bummed me out cause I’m a fan of micro no budget stuff, but have always felt if you are going to shell out your hard earned cash for crap, even if it’s “good crap”, you should get a little something extra.
Last little anecdote- the gunfight scene that takes place after the car chase, consists of random shots of me and kevin shooting at,,,??? Ourselves. And every other thug that had already appeared in the film, that’s why they are masked or wearing sunglasses.
Glad you were entertained!
Oops. Meant to reply to that directly. Would love to see those special features! Drop me a line at doug@dailygrindhouse.com
