HEY BASTARDS.

I am not sure how many of you have seen the animated short RUIN, but it’s an 8 minute film with one helluva 6 minute chase, all set in a post-apocalyptic world. Fox apparently dug the film enough to give director Wes Ball a bundle of cash before he could meet with other studios according to Collider and Heat Vision. The cool part for me is that Ball is being given a chance to direct the film which is being eyed as a franchise. Here’s the rub though, it’s all being done under the supervision of McG and Lucasfilm’s Steve Tzirlin tagging along for the McRide. Ah well, I really dig the idea of this universe… I just hope it doesn’t get McFucked.
