I just caught this the other week, Bastards, and it is intense.

A couple city slickers take a bad shortcut and end up in the wrong neck of the woods (literally). A family of inbred religious zealots (redundant?) takes it upon themselves to set said wayward travelers on the righteous path…by any means necessary.

A full review is forthcoming, so I don’t want to blow my load yet – but suffice to say, if this short flick is any indication of Alan Rowe Kelly’s filmmaking chops, we all need to keep Mr. Kelly in our sights. Figuratively speaking.
