When you were a kid did you ever go into your backyard with a video camera and try to recreate scenes from your favorite movies? Well, RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK: THE ADAPTATION is sort of like that.. Except it’s THE ENTIRE MOVIE and it took SEVEN YEARS to do! Yes, a group of Mississippi teens spent seven summers making a shot-for-shot recreation of RAIDERS, and actually FINISHED the darn thing. It’s an example of glorious SOV inspiration, but is it any good outside of the novelty factor? Does it even matter? MOE and DOUG dive into the murky, legally grey waters and get some TOP MEN to check out the archaeological wonders within. IT BELONGS IN A MUSEUM!
