DG just read over on http://www.mi6-hq.com MGM is putting the Bond Blu-ray and DVD releases on moratorium starting in January. I have some mixed feelings about this.
PRO:
New transfers
Potential for new special features
The 10 previoulsy unreleased Bond Blu-ray titles will now be in the my Bond collection.
CONS:
I just bought the first fucking three sets on Blu and who the hell knows what titles will be released on which volumes. This is all kinds of lame.
Now I will have 9 titles across 3 volumes and will be forced to bu collections that include titles I don’t need. Okay, maybe not forced but you get my drift.
I guess I can ebay these titles and start from scratch….
