BRYAN SINGER MAY TAKE THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN

HEY BASTARDS.

I have been on record as saying I don’t mind remakes as long as you bring something new to the story. However, I fucking loathe big-screen versions of TV shows. Outside of the STAR TREK films, I don’t think any of them have worked. I have the minority opinion though because people continue to drop coin to see them and directors like Bryan Singer keep lining up to make’em.

Singer is in talks to make THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN. A few things may prove this to be the exception to my loathing:

A. THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN is killer story that had cheesy show but I think there is potential for a cool flick.

B. Singer is solid director.

C. Leonardo DiCaprio has been approached to star.

D. Singer’s writing partner, Christopher McQuarrie, is in talks to script the film.

Singer and McQuarrie’s JACK THE GIANT KILLER (about a war between men and giants) hits theaters this summer.

SEE YOU ON FORTY DEUCE,

G
