When an ancient mummy begins to suck the souls out of the elderly at an old folks home, two men hobble into action to protect their geriatric brethren. Luckily for all involved, these two heroes are Elvis Presley and a man who believes he is JFK. An epic battle ensues.
This unique comedy from Don Coscarelli was a cult classic the minute it hit the screen, with Bruce Campbell and Ossie Davis giving standout performances. Campbell is so good that he makes you forget he’s the King of the Bs and should be rubbing elbows with some of the sorry A listers of the day. He proves hands down that you “never, but never, fuck with the King.”
