A spin-off from THE STREET FIGHTER series this SISTER is actually better than STREET FIGHTER’S LAST REVENGE. Estuko Shiomi has pretty stunning skills and holds her own in the fight scenes. In fact, this film gets pretty creative although there is some wire-work along the way which kind of sucks. Chiba is back but plays another character and is only in the film briefly. This flick may give the finger to coherency but I dig it all the same.
