Nitehawk Cinema in Brooklyn is showing Sergio Martino’s terrific giallo YOUR VICE IS A LOCKED ROOM AND ONLY I HAVE THE KEY at midnight. If you haven’t seen it before, this one is a real treat. Tickets and info can be found here.
The Alamo Drafthouse in Houston, TX is doing an apocalyptic double feature of two great Lovecraftian horror films. First up is a 35mm screening of John Carpenter’s brilliant IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS followed up the very gory and unsettling new release THE VOID. The double feature starts at 8:00 pm. INCALL, an intriguing looking indie thriller that was released last year is being shown at Comfort Station in Chicago at 8:00 pm. Info can be found here.
BAMCinématek in Brooklyn continues their Wesley Snipes Retrospective with DEMOLITION MAN at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm and PASSENGER 57 at 4:45 pm and 9:45 pm. Both films are being screened from 35mm prints. Tickets and info can be found here.
KILL BILL: VOLUME 1 is the midnight movie at New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles. It is being screened from a 35mm print. Tickets and info can be found here.
Bruce Lee teams up with John Saxon and Jim Kelly to take down the bad guys in ENTER THE DRAGON. It is playing at the Amherst Cinema in Amherst, MA at 9:45 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.
