Christopher Lee dons the Dracula cape for a third time in this above average Hammer flick. This time the evil bloodsucker is after the niece of a Monsignor who exorcised his castle. Naturally the young girl is amazingly beautiful and sexy as played by the stunning Veronica Carlson. Filling in for regular series director Terence Fisher,  Freddie Francis directs with a firm hand and provides some stunning imagery, particularly in shots of Lee  demonically horse whipping a carriage of careening steeds. Followed by TASTE THE BLOOD OF DRACULA.
