DREAMSCAPE (1984)

NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET’s smarter sibling is a full on genre film with a wicked sense of humor and plenty of jumps courtesy of some freaky dream sequences. At some point, Dennis Quaid faded into obscurity but it’s shit like this that reminds you how good that bastard could be. Directed by Joseph Rubin, who also gave us the grindhouse classic THE POM POM GIRLS back in 1976.
