Some people follow The Bible, others the Koran, but for me, there is only one “good book,” and that’s the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis, from the EVIL DEAD franchise. What horror nerd hasn’t wanted to bring home a “Book of the Dead” of their own? Lucky for us, CREEPY CO. has heard the needs of the people and dropped some very necessary Kandarian merch that you just can’t live without.
CREEPY CO. has designed a subdued, yet swanky button-up shirt with an all-over print of everyone’s favorite portal-opening, flesh-bound book. This shirt gives me life! It’s perfect for every occasion. Whether it’s just a normal day in the office, or a cabin trip in the woods with friends, this shirt is for you.
These shirts are officially licensed. No bootleg shit here, and the illustration and pattern is designed by CREEPY CO.’s head woman in charge, the always fabulous Kellie Taylor. The shirt itself is made from ultra-fine, 100% cotton poplin fabric. It’s a buttery-smooth fabric with a great body drape and flow. This is essential apparel for every EVIL DEAD fan!
If that wasn’t enough, CREEPY CO also created a Necronomicon Ex-Mortis cushion. The Necronomicon is here, and it’s taken the form of an ultra-plush cushion. It will look completely demonic anywhere you want to put it. It would be perfect in your bedroom, living room, basement theater, or even your cabin in the woods.
That’s right — not just a pillow, but a freakin’ cushion. This thing is huge! It measures 15.5” x 13.5”, and it’s 3” deep, and stuffed to the max. The artwork is by Matt Durston, whose art can be previously seen in STRANGE KIDS CLUB magazine, and TRUEHORROR.net. The best part is that the artwork isn’t only on the front, but also on the back cover, the spine, and on pages. The cushion has a 100% polyester face and polyester fill. It also comes bagged with a special header card.
If you are a fan of the EVIL DEAD movies, then get your butt over to creepycompany.com. You’re going to have to look your best when the Deadites come for you. Tell ‘em DAILY GRINDHOUSE sent ya, and as always… stay DRESSED TO KILL!
