Richard Stanley is best known for directing the post-apocalyptic cyborg flick HARDWARE, but DUST DEVIL is his true masterpiece. When was the last time you saw a spaghetti-western inspired cerebral horror film that took place in the boiling hot African desert? Yeah, me either. The distributors didn’t know what to do with this release so they cut it up like an action film and took out over 30 minutes of footage, needless to say, when you click the poster above it’s for the uncut version.
