HEY BASTARDS.

A little nugget of news from the world of Rodriguez and Miller. You remember that tagline from the Lyle Alzado film DESTROYER? “The electric chair! To an ordinary man it’s the end! But when serial killer Ivan Moser sat down…he was just getting warmed up.” Turns out you could use that for SIN CITY 2: A DAME TO KILL FOR as well because SC2 just got more Rourke. That’s right kids, Rourke is returning to the role of Marv according to Deadline. I kind of figured that would happen so it’s no surprise. What I am waiting on is any news of a “guest” director. If you remember, Tarantino filmed the scene with Benicio Del Toro and Clive Owens in the car. Will QT return?

SIN CITY 2 begins filming after MACHETE KILLS wraps production and if the latter film is any indication, expect a press release a day announcing that another a hot chick has been added to the cast. SC2 should be in theaters October 4, 2013.
