UNDER SIEGE is best known for Steven Seagal’s declaration that he’s “just a cook” and for Erika Elaniak’s breasts jumping out of a cake. It may also be known as one the best action films of the 90s (yes, I am serious). After today however, it’s going to be tough to watch it and not think of this brilliant piece of muted magic.
