HEY BASTARDS.

Sometimes, we see a piece of news that catches us completely off guard. News that punches us in the mush, slaps our mama, and steals our car. Say…for instance… NEW SCENES FROM ALFRED HITCHCOCK’S PSYCHO! The scenes don’t change the narrative of the film necessarily, but they’re cool as hell.

Bloodier and racier for their time, the scenes are part of an extended and unrated cut of the film which aired on German television. I would guess now that these have seen the light of day here in the states that we’ll be seeing a special edition of the classic at some point. It would be pretty cool to see these scenes cleaned up and included in the original as part of a big-screen PSYCHO re-release.
