We get a lot of trailers and screeners sent to us. We see our share of both the good (Mike Pecci’s GRINDHOUSE SHORTS) and the bad of independent cinema. Every once in a while though I see a trailer that kicks me in the nuts, sleeps with my wife, and tells my moma she ain’t shit. RAGE, filmed in our hometown of Portland, OR looks like our kind of flick. We are talking to Director Christopher R. Witherspoon soon so we will be getting more skinny on this badass flick. I talked to him a little last night and he said he was going for a Spielberg DUEL kind of vibe, yeah we are geeked.
