HEY BASTARDS.

So you remember back in September (ish) when Ridley Scott hinted that after PROMETHEUS wrapped he would be focusing on a new BLADE RUNNER film? Well Scott spoke with WSJ’s Speakeasy blog and dropped some news on the film that hit me square in the geek. “I think I’m close to finding a writer that might be able to help me deliver… we’re quite a long way in, actually.” Beyond that, he also mentions that it’s “liable to be a sequel.” Scott also said the project is moving ahead “not with the past cast, of course.” No Deckard? “No, not really.”

Not really? Holy shit that answer has my head spinning with what we could have in store.
