Incredibly sad news has rocked the world of grindhouse cinema. Sage Stallone, son of Sylvester and founder of Grindhouse Releasing, has passed away. Police officers were called to the house at 2:17 p.m. and discovered the body identified as Sage. There were no signs of foul play or forced entry. Though a coroner report will be forthcoming, we will not be covering the cause of his death, it isn’t important. What is important is that he is gone.

DG was in the process of booking an interview with Sage, that interview won’t happen so let me thank Sage here for bringing GONE WITH THE POPE to the masses.

Today, an advocate for grindhouse cinema has passed. Today we mourn. Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Sage.
