As you may have noticed, we’ve got a bit of a John Carpenter fetish here at DG. But who can blame us? The guy’s made some of the best genre pics of the 20th century, and all of his work commands respect. So we’re pleased as Jack Burton in a tank top store to note that purveyor of awesomeness Scream Factory has announced that they’ll be releasing Carpenter’s 1987 horror classic PRINCE OF DARKNESS to Blu-Ray.
No details as of yet, but they’ve also announced plans to release Carpenter’s BODY BAGS on Blu-Ray as well, so hopefully both titles will arrive on your doorstep in glorious HD this fall. Keep an eye on Scream Factory’s Facebook page here for updated info!
