Yeah, STARCRASH is a ripoff of some other sci-fi epic. Who fucking cares?
Caroline Munro, Marjoe Gortner, Christopher Plummer, Joe Spinell, *and* David Hasselhoff? Bastards, as far as casts go, it doesn’t get much better. Thrown in an Italian director and *PRESTO!* you got a classic.
Granted, this flick is a bit rough around the edges, but you get what you pay for.
Unlike George Lucas, at least Roger Corman embraces his role as a shyster.
