Upon surviving a plutonium blast at a military testing site, Lt. Col. Glenn Manning begins to grow to massive heights while simultaneously loosing his mind. He ultimately ends up rampaging through Las Vegas, and sadly, doesn’t take advantage of his trip to Sin City in the right way, as we imagine he could pull some serious ass with that enormous schwanzstucker.
