Just a quick update from “take this with a grain of salt” file…

Financier Megan Ellison confirmed that the next TERMINATOR film will be rated R.

From her Twitter feed: “We can’t really tell you guys anything about Terminator, BUT it will be an R rated film as God and James Cameron intended.”

I don’t think that even an R rating could have saved TERMINATOR: SALVATION. However, it could have dictated the direction that film took early on in pre-production. Some franchises need the R rating and it’s nice to see TERMINATOR… if this is true… drop the balls and commit to this. You’re next DIE HARD.
