HEY BASTARDS.

Even a small piece of news regarding Tony Jaa and/or Donnie Yen can leave you with black eyes and/or broken ribs. Twitch is reporting that Jaa is in talks to to join Sammo Hung and Wu Jing in the sequel to SAAT PO LONG, released stateside as KILL ZONE (released on Blu-ray by Dragon Dynasty). Yenn is also working on joining the project to reprise his role as Inspector Ma Kwun.

Hung is getting up there in age but based on IP MAN 2, the cat still has plenty of kick-ass in the tank. As for Jaa, I am looking forward to seeing him in a good film again following the steaming piles that were the ONG BAK sequels. Director Wilson Yip rarely leads us astray, so here’s to this project working out and Fu-ing up the theatres soon.
