UPDATED: Just spoke with someone close to the situation and learned the surgery to repair the detached retina (a light-sensitive tissue lining the inner surface of the eye) went well. We will keep you updated as we learn more. Hang in there JC!

Today we were going to be speaking to Sandy King, John Carpenter’s wife and producing partner. However, she had to re-schedule due to an emergency trip. Today we learned that John has undergone emergency surgery in Nashville to correct a detached retina. Sounds like he is doing great but we are sending good thoughts his way just the same. Get well, sir!
