It is not intended to be an exhaustive, comprehensive list, but a sampling of the terrific genre cinema available to check out at your local art house, megaplex, film society, and repertory theaters.

Row House Cinema in Pittsburgh continues their George A. Romero tribute with SEASON OF THE WITCH at 11:50 am, CREEPSHOW at 2:20 pm, KNIGHTRIDERS at 4:45 pm, NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD at 7:40 pm, and MARTIN at 9:45 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

The Paul Bartel series at Anthology Film Archives in New York is continuing with his breezy satire SCENES FROM THE CLASS STRUGGLE IN BEVERLY HILLS at 9:15 pm. This is a 35mm screening. Tickets and info can be found here.

The trippy, unnerving double feature of UNDER THE SKIN at 7:00 pm and ENTER THE VOID (screening from a 35mm print) at 9:05 pm is playing at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco. Tickets and info can be found here.

The new 4K restoration of HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER is being shown at The Art Theatre in Champaign, IL at 10:00 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

Infamous ’70s exploitation cheapie BLACKENSTEIN is playing at Film Bar in Phoenix at 8:00 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

The underrated neo-noir DEEP COVER is being shown at BAMcinématek in Brooklyn at 7:00 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

Classic horror anthology KWAIDAN is screening from a 35mm print at the Hollywood Theatre in Portland, OR at 7:00 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

Quad Cinema in New York continues their 3-D series with a pair of rarely screened kung-fu films. At 6:50 pm is DYNASTY and at 9:00 pm is REVENGE OF THE SHOGUN WOMEN. Both films are being screened from 35mm prints. Tickets and info can be found here.
