Wolfgang Petersen’s director’s cut of DAS BOOT runs an astonishing three and a half hours. You can catch every one of those claustrophobic minutes at Quad Cinema in New York at 3:00 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

Seijun Suzuki’s early gangster film SATAN’S TOWN is screening from a 35m print at Doc Films on the University of Chicago campus at 8:30 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

Cult favorite WAXWORK is showing at the Alamo Drafthouse in Dallas at 9:05 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

Third Man Records in conjunction with the Belcourt Theatre in Nashville is showing Stuart Gordon’s classic RE-ANIMATOR at 8:00 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

ZOMBI 3 is an absolute mess like only Italian genre filmmakers can make. It is screening at the Alamo Drafthouse in Yonkers, NY at 9:30 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.
