Same old story: people close to architect Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) die due to the bad habits of street scum, thus the said scum die because of the gun-toting habits of the pissed-off vigilante.

 

The set in stone formula of this trashy series is tweaked a tad by having Bronson eventually go up against a drug cartel, climaxing in a shootout at a roller skating rink. Dig the scene were Old Stone Face uses the excuse of making a sandwich to get away from a baddie.
