canfieldMary Grace Canfield, who played handywoman Ralph Monroe on “Green Acres,” has passed away at 89.  Her genre roles included SOMETHING WICKED THIS WAY COMES, Jeannot Szwarc’s TV chiller NIGHT OF TERROR and a bit part in Roger Corman’s THE ST. VALENTINE’S DAY MASSACRE.   She was also Miss Grundy in the 1964 live-action “Archie” pilot!

Bob Casale, one of the original members of Devo, has died at 61.  With the band, he appeared in HUMAN HIGHWAY, SPIRIT OF ’76, URGH! A MUSIC WAR and PRAY TV.
