SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR (2013) STARTS PRODUCTION; JAMIE KING AND JAMIE CHUNG ADDED TO CAST

HEY BASTARDS.

No rest for the wicked I guess. Fresh off of wrapping MACHETE KILLS, Robert Rodriguez has jumped into the next round of fisticuffs featuring even more beauties and badasses. SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR started production in Austin yesterday and added Jaime King (returning as Wendy) and Jamie Chung (taking over for Devon Aoki) to the cast. Mickey Rourke is also expected to return as Marv along with Jessica Alba and Rosario Dawson. And now… the whoadaddy…

Clive Owen, who portrayed Dwight the first time around, is reportedly returning to the sequel, but won’t be playing Dwight throughout the entire film. The Fuck!?! The Fuck indeed. The character undergoes facial reconstructive surgery to change his appearance. So, if you know of any other A- to B+ actors looking to spend some time with bullets and broads, give Rodriguez a shout.

According to THR “Rodriguez and Miller wrote the script for the new movie, which is a combination of comics storylines and a new one written specifically by Miller for the movie. One of the storylines being adapted is A Dame to Kill For, originally published in 1993 and featuring a man named Dwight entangled in a complicated and deadly relationship with a femme fatale named Ava.”

Return to the scene of the crime October 2013.

Super excited for this. In the first sin city it shows the begining of a dame to kill for, when marv is introduced and clive owen does the voice over saying something about ” marv being okey if he’d been born 1000 years ago”
