Classic monster movie that helped launch a whole slew of films in the 1950s that featured some sort of mutated atomic beastie. Famous for being Ray Harryhausen’s first solo effort as an effects supervisor. His “Rhedosaurus” remains one of his most memorable and ferocious creations. Based on a Ray Bradbury story.
