David Gale (RE-ANIMATOR) and George Buza star in a flick full of giant brains, lots of running, Mario Lopez mullets, and more running.
Basically, Gale plays a mad scientist/inspirational speaker who looks to take over the world with his enormous psychic brain, which he keeps in an over-sized Petri dish.
There is fun to be had, but it does drag a bit in the finale.
