A King Hu/Shaw Brothers classic that remains one of the most important films in HK cinema. Chang Pei Pei has some stunning moves with a blade that are jaw-droppers. At times it feels a little like a Gene Kelly flick knocking boots with the Venom Mob but that just adds to how unique this flick is. Dig it, Bastards.
