All of us here at Daily Grindhouse would like to wish filmmaker John Carpenter the happiest of happy birthdays today. Most of us wouldn’t love movies nearly as much if it weren’t for the films this man has made. His movies are us. On a day like today we celebrate the movies, and we celebrate the man who wrote, produced, directed, edited, and scored them. We’d like to wish John Carpenter all the happiness his work has brought to us, and more!
