WHAT’S DOIN’, BASTARDS?
Pop quiz: What has a hook and can beat the shit out of you? If you answered William Devane in ROLLING THUNDER then slap yourself a solid. From a remarkable Paul Schrader script (TAXI DRIVER, THE YAKUZA, HARDCORE) and directed by John Flynn (THE OUTFIT), ROLLING THUNDER is a grindhouse masterpiece that features one of the greatest finales of all time. Though it had a region 2 release last year it has long since been unavailable on Blu-ray here in the states… until now. Shout! Factory is picking up this good shit for an April 9th release date. No specs or special features have been announced, but circle it all the same. A tall drink of revenge is only three months away. Dig it!
