WILD AT HEART, David Lynch’s expectedly Lynchian take on THE WIZARD OF OZ, is screening from a 35mm print at the Film Society of Lincoln Center in New York at 5:30 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

Tim Burton’s wonderfully strange, non-traditional superhero sequel BATMAN RETURNS is screening from a 35mm print at the Hollywood Theatre in Portland, OR at 7:30 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

Jean-Pierre Melville’s classic crime drama LE DOULOS is screening at the International House in Philadelphia at 7:00 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

The Museum of Modern Art in New York is screening BARTON FINK from a 35mm print at 1:30 pm. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

The double feature of classic San Francisco-set action films BULLITT and 48 HRS. is showing at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco at 7:00 pm. Both films are being screened from 35mm prints. Tickets and info can be found here.

 

 

 

Catch up to GET OUT, one of the best films of the year, at the American Cinematheque in Los Angeles at 7:30 pm. Writer/director Jordan Peele will be on hand for a Q&A after the film. Tickets and info can be found here.
