THE DAILY RUNDOWN is a quick look at just a few of the cool screenings and film events happening around the U.S. every day. It is not intended to be an exhaustive, comprehensive list, but a sampling of the terrific genre cinema available to check out at your local art house, megaplex, and repertory theaters.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29, 2017 (All show times are local)

DAILY GRINDHOUSE contributor Mac Bell puts on a monthly screening of great B-movies called the Greeley Grindhouse. This month’s screening is WHEN DINOSAURS RULED THE EARTH. You can see it tonight at the Greeley Bar and Grill in Portland, OR at 7:20 pm and get a chance to win a cool poster for the screening. All info can be found here.

The New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles presents the double feature of Sam Peckinpah’s surprisingly funny western THE BALLAD OF CABLE HOGUE at 7:30 pm and the unconventional Charles Bronson pseudo-comedy FROM NOON TILL THREE at 10:00 pm. Both films are being projected from 35mm prints. This double feature will also run tomorrow evening at the same times. Tickets and info can be found here.
